Purchasing:

Initial contact can be made by phone or email to answer your questions and establish your requirements. An on-line form will be sent to you to collate all details (design, dimensions, timber and finishes) and from this a quote will be formulated. See "Terms and Conditions" below for details.

Local and International Sales:

Anything is possible, from Auckland to Akaroa, St Petersburg or San Francisco. We will arrange all freight details and packaging as required.





Showrooms:

For New Zealand, showrooms are located at Neo Design (timber furniture) and Finewood Furniture ( upholstery ) in Auckland (see ‘Links’ on ‘Contact’ page for location and contact details) For all other enquiries we can talk you through all details by phone or email as well as sending you timber and colour sampling along with additional images as required.

Quality:

Only the best materials are selected for the production of these products; timber, hardware, finishing, upholstery foams and fabrics. However the use of the best materials is only valid if those doing the making are experienced and highly skilled. These two parts of the equation are fundamental in the production of these products.





Guarantee:

All products carry a 5 year guarantee against any material or manufacturing defects. Upholstery fabrics, fibre fills and foams carry a 1 year guarantee. We will either repair or replace and above all resolve immediately.

Timber Options:

We use plantation grown timbers and where possible FSC or PEFC rated timbers for Green Star Points, particularly when the products are intended for commercial installations. NZ plantation timbers include clear pine, saligna and other sustainable species including macrocarpa, and tawa. Exotic plantation timbers include American Ash, American Oak, American Cherry and Tasmanian Oak. All tables are solid timber, meaning any damage is repairable and durability guaranteed. For carcass construction the expedient use of veneered board is preferred.

Surface Finishing:

The recommended finishing material is an extremely durable catalysed lacquer. This offers greatest protection and durability. A variety of colour stains are available and to ensure total clarity, they will be sent to you on the timber of your choice, as part of the confirmation process.
Other eco finishes are available that maintain a totally natural tactile surface but do require annual maintenance by the owner. (price and full details on application)

Good design is not an accident but the carefully considered outcome of many hours of passionate input. Hence all products on this site are protected by copyright. All products are designed and manufactured in NZ with sole manufacturing rights held by Neo Design and Finewood Furniture. (see links)

Terms and Conditions

  • An enquiry or order can be placed by emailing direct from the “contacts” page.
  • In response we will email you a standard PDF form to be filled in on line which will establish all vital information: dimensions, timber, colour finish type, destination etc. allowing us to give you a quoted price.
  • Packaging* and freight will be quoted as a separate cost.
  • Although some of our products do come in standard sizes (tables as indicated) we can produce variations but an additional margin will be incurred.
  • Upon a signed off acceptance of the quote, a deposit of 50% will be necessary to enter the order into the manufacturing schedule. We will supply all banking details and payment options at that stage.
  • Production will not commence until the deposit is received and confirmed.
  • On completion of the order a full photographic record of your completed product will be sent to you for approval.
  • The final balance will be payable on receipt of your approval and prior to dispatch.
  • The deposit will not be refunded if the order is cancelled after final confirmation.
  • An exact delivery date will be given on confirmation of order. Normal delivery is 4-6 weeks within NZ.
  • Our tables are all flat pack to prevent transit damage. Within NZ our freight company will unpack and assemble on site if requested. In any case it will arrive with clear, logical assembly instructions.

  • *Our packaging is designed with great care to ensure the product reaches you in perfect order. If for any reason there is damage, a normal insurance procedure will take place and the goods returned for replacement or repair.
