Quality:
Only the best materials are selected for the production of these products; timber, hardware, finishing, upholstery foams and fabrics.
There are no hidden shortcuts or compromises. The underside of any item is as important as the top.
Guarantee:
All products carry a 5 Year guarantee against any material
or manufacturing defects. Upholstery fabrics, fibre fills and foams
carry a 1 year guarantee. We will either repair or replace and above
all resolve immediately.
Timber Options:
We use plantation grown timbers and where possible FSC or PEFC rated timbers for Green Star Points.
All tables are solid timber, meaning any damage is repairable and durability is guaranteed. For carcass construction the expedient
use of veneered board is preferred.

Neal designed one to the dimensions we needed and talked us through options on wood selection. We went for American Ash which just looks fantastic (and is very comfortable!) We also talked with Neal about designing a cabinet that would act as a living room storage facility and also hold the television equipment under our flat screen TV. Since this was to be located quite close to the dining table, he designed one that matches the Planar top design. It is a stunning piece of furniture. We are now asking Neal to design another table and chair set for our beach house!”

Surface Finishing:
The standard finishing material is a durable catalysed lacquer offering the
greatest protection with no maintenance apart from wiping.
Other eco finishes are available that maintain a totally natural tactile surface
but do require annual maintenance by the owner. (price and full details on

A variety of standard colour stains are available. Matched colours are possible
and a test sample is provided for client approval.

Terms and Conditions
- Sales via Neal Smith Design require a 50% deposit to confirm the order.
- Balance of payment is required prior to delivery.

- Any requested design variation may or may not be considered. We will advise you of the implications in terms of production, function, aesthetics and cost.
- An exact delivery date will be given on confirmation of order.
Normal delivery is 4-6 weeks within NZ. - All tables are flat pack to prevent transit damage.
- All products have been designed for "no instructions required" assembly. Nonetheless assembly images are included.
- If on site assembly is requested, this will be arranged.
